Quick recipe post tonight. This is a variation of my sweet potato pancakes. Super easy, super healthy, and super good. Honey is technically not vegan (bee secretion, hate that word) but raw honey is very good for you and adds a nice sweetness. Here are the ingredients:

Almond milk
Protein powder (to stay buff of course)
Raw honey
Gluten free pancake mix
Vanilla
Cinnamon (works well with the pumpkin)
Organic pumpkin in a can

I made these for my wife on her birthday and earned a few husband points. 5 minute prep time, 5 minute cook time, then it’s nap time. Boom.
